Consequently most attention was placed on mycotoxins, particularly aflatoxins, ochratoxins and fumonisins due to their widespread occurrence. These toxins are known to cause serious effects on human and animal health and several countries have established strict regulations on permissible levels of these mycotoxins in food and feeds to safeguard health.
FSL offers a range of services at affordable costs for testing foods for mycotoxins and can provide customized preventive interventions to protect foods from mycotoxin contamination in the supply chain.
FSL services are open to public and private sector industries, traders, farmers’ associations, cooperatives and even research organizations. Contacts us with your needs to help you in achieving your endeavor.
